    Anna Coleman, MA, P-RDT (she/her/hers)

“Drama Therapy is an active, experiential approach to facilitating change. Through storytelling, projective play, purposeful improvisation, and performance, participants are invited to rehearse desired behaviors, practice being in relationship, expand and find flexibility between life roles, and perform the change they wish to be and see in the world” (NADTA, 2022).

Together, we can create your sacred therapeutic space and discover ways to play with previously unplayable matter, using artistic expression to validate your experience, identify your strengths, connect with your inner-wisdom, gain additional perspective, rehearse the changes you wish to make, and perhaps delight in some humor and laughter. I offer therapeutic writing, role playing, mask work, puppetry, and projective play.

My professional interests include working with all ages in areas of trauma, sexual abuse/assault, recovery from abusive and/or narcissist-driven relationships, grief, anxiety, depression, and parenting.

I look forward to witnessing and co-piloting your ever-evolving story.
