    The amount of time we spend with ourselves pales in comparison to even that of our colleagues, friends, and families. This relationship with the self, and its paramount importance on all things within and without, often becomes the catalyst to seek the benefits of therapy. In life we are impacted by events and experiences outside of our persons. Yet even more so, this journey of the self is ultimately defined by how we respond to these challenges, and not the challenges themselves.

    My work focuses on utilizing therapy with purpose and intention to access, create and explore meaningful pathways to how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.
