  • Elizabeth Sexton, MA (she/her/hers)

I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with my Masters in Child and Development Psychology. I have always gravitated toward a whole being approach that involves building trusting relationships with my clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for them to be their most authentic selves and help them navigate through some of the obstacles that life can throw at all of us. I have always thought that there is a powerful healing element that happens when we connect and understand someone’s unique points of view through exchange. That exchange can be in sharing something you are passionate about, creating something new, or discussing various thoughts with another person you have built a relationship of trust. My goal is to build that trust, have that exchange and help you navigate towards elevated mental health and well-being.

To initiate the beginnings of that exchange let me share with you some of my own passions and uniqueness. I am a lover of animals, especially dogs, cats, okapi, and pangolins. I play video games and like more turn-based than real-time gameplay. I often read books in my spare time; my favorites are epic fantasy and sci-fi genres with some manga sprinkled in. DnD is something that I jump into whenever possible, and am either a Ranger or a Druid, because of the animal friends.

The first step can be difficult when seeking out someone to initiate a therapeutic relationship with, and I am proud of you for taking that step.
