Sam Kelly, MS (she/her/hers)

I am passionate about helping individuals heal from their experiences with trauma and exploring the impact of family dynamics on our younger generations.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapies that use expression, strengths, and skill-building to reduce the effects of trauma on your day-to-day life. These therapies include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, sandtray, and art therapy. I am also certified in mindfulness and frequently incorporate these practices into my work with clients. I welcome the opportunity to work with families, adults, and children over twelve years old. I believe my role as the therapist is to create a space where you feel safe to explore what is important and challenging for you.
I graduated from Bay Path University in 2025 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical background is in community mental health and crisis work supporting adults with severe mental illness. I also hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts and have a breadth of knowledge surrounding creativity, expression, and art-making.
