Kelsey Lofvenborg, MA (she/her/hers)

I’m Kelsey Lofvenborg, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience working with teens, young adults, LGBTQ+ clients, and youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges, offering a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their identities, heal, and grow.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empowering, and creative. I integrate person-centered, trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This flexible and individualized approach helps me meet clients where they are while supporting long-term emotional wellness.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and remain committed to culturally competent and inclusive care for all clients.
Whether you or your child are navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or low self-worth, or simply seeking a space to feel seen and supported, I’m here to walk with you on your path to healing.
