Sara Cahn, M.S., L.M.T. (she/her/hers) Clinical Intern
I specialize in working with trauma using psychodrama, art therapy, and play therapy. Human imagination and creativity allow us to reach parts of ourselves without re-traumatizing the soul. Therapy should be a safe space to explore the essence of who we are and how we operate. I love holding this space for people. I hold an M.S. in Ecology, have graduated a three-year tracking and survival program in the wilds, have worked as a wildlife guide in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, and create murals. My journey has taken me around the country and afar for 18 years, teaching about the world around us as well as inner creative strengths. I enjoy the ecology of humans just as much as the wilds. We are intrinsically linked to the world around us.
